Mix together:

3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil

Mix together:

2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add all together in a mixer. Then add 5 or 6 thinly sliced peeled apples. (I usually use red delicious apples). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

This recipe will make 2 loaf pans, 1 sheet cake or 1 tube pan.

Moist and delicious, family favorite at Christmas.
