Fiesta Nacho Pizza Recipe

2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz,) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 small lemon, juiced
1 tsp. each chilli powder, cumin and oregano (Taco seasoning)
Salt and pepper
3 Roma tomatoes, cored and chopped
Green and red pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or more
12 Tortilla chips

Press crescent rolls on a large sheet, joining seams and up the sides a bit. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F until golden brown. Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add garlic, lemon and spices. Spread over cooled crust. Top with tomatoes, peppers and onion. Spread grated cheddar cheese over vegetables. Break tortilla chips and sprinkle over top. Slice and serve.
