2 cups scalded milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add these ingredients
to the scalded milk and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
