1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 14-oz. can tomatoes
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
9 oz. frozen green beans
1/2 c. uncooked rice, washed & drained
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and garlic in large skillet with cover. Stir in tomatoes, water, soy sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Mix in green beans and rice. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
