7 1/2 c. of chicken stock
1/2 c. orzo pasta
3 eggs
lemon juice, concentrated or from real lemons
1 T. cold water
salt

Directions:
Pour stock into large pan and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes.

Beat the eggs until frothy and add desired amount of lemon juice (we like a lot!) and cold water. Slowly stir in a ladleful of hot chicken stock, then add 1-2 more. Return this mixture to the pan, off the heat, and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.

Note:
Do not let the soup boil once you add the eggs!
