2 cuos mashed fresh or Frozen pumpkin. ( Thaw and drian first if frozen)
1 can 12 oz. evaporated Milk
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into crust. Bake 40-60 min. To test when done insert knife an inch away from edge of pie. When it comes out clean it is done Cool and serve
