1 lb. Sea or Cape Scollops
2 tbsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. light cream
Salt and Pepper
Hot buttered toast (2 slices per serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer scollops in butter until golden. (Don't let butter brown!)
Combine eggs, crea, salt and pepper-Scramble by stirring and serve on buttered toast.
