2 cups grated yellow squash unpeeled
4 cups chopped onions
2 large red bell peppers chopped
5 tablespoons salt

1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pickling spice
2 ½ teaspoons celery seed
3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over chopped vegetables and let set overnight. Drain and rinse with cold water. And pan bring to a boil 1 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon pickling spice, 2 ½ teaspoon celery seed and 3 cup sugar. Pour mixture over vegetables bring to a boil put in jars and seal.
