1 Cup Sifted Flour

6 Eggs

1/4 tsp Salt

6 tbsp Butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan in oven. Keep pan in oven to stay hot.

Beat together milk, flour, and eggs and salt. In 9 x 13 baking pan melt butter in hot oven until hot and sizzling. Pour batter into hot pan and bake immediately at 450 deg for 20 minute. Serve hot with syrup.

This is a favorite breakfast dish for us. While you guys would never eat it I thought I would add this to give you some variety for when you are cooking for your own families. Keep in mind that you can size this recipe up or down depending on how many you want to feed. I also found that using gluten free flour didn't make a difference.
