4 Tilapia Fillets (defrosted if frozen)
c Parmesan Cheese
⅛ c Butter
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
tsp fresh Dill (or ⅛ tsp dried Dill)
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Turn broiler onto high and adjust oven rack to top.

2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except tilapia. Set aside.

3. Place tilapia on stoneware cookie sheet.

4. Broil 3 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, flip over and divide parmesan mixture over the uncooked side.

6. Return to oven and broil an additional 3-4 minute, making sure not to overcook.
