3 med potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 med onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup (rinse with 1 can water)
1 lb ground beef, browned
1 can red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart casserole dish, place sliced potatoes, top with onion slices, brown ground beef, red kidney beans and tomato soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until potatoes and onion are tender.
