Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup + 2 Tb Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
3/4 Cup sugar (more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
Dash of salt
4 -5 Cups of milk (can add more if it is too rich for you)

Optional; marshmallows, whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add 1/3 Cup of the milk (at this point mixture will look like a paste)
Add remaining milk. Stir well to mix
Heat thoroughly - stirring constantly.. DO NOT BOIL!!

Any leftover cocoa (once cooled completely) can be place d in a jug or pitcher and refrigerated to be heated up later, one cup at a time, in the microwave. Just remember to shake the mixture up a bit before you pour into a mug to re-heat. (everything settles back to the bottom as it cools)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is what memories are made of!! Pap made this in big batches when we were kids!
Ask your mom and I'm sure she'll remember having it on cold winter days - especially cold and snowy weekends when we took the toboggan out!
