3 c. sugar 3 tsp. butter
4 eggs 1 1/2 c. xxx sugar
8 bananas, mashed lemon juice (to taste)
2 tsp. soda 1 banana, mashed
3 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. walnuts

cream together, shortening, sugar and eggs. then add bananas soda, flour, salt vanilla and walnuts. 1/2 of this recipe in angel cake pan takes 1 hour
