1 yellow cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and set aside yellow cake mix. Mix ricotta together with eggs, sugar, vanilla Blend and pour into 8x10 pan. bake at 350ºF for 45 min Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Put back in the oven for 30 more min
