2 c. grated carrots Frosting
1/4 c. walnuts (chopped) 1 c. yogurt (strained)
1 1/2 c. cake flour 3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour 1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon, toasted walnuts
1 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
4 ox egg substitute
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 oz crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins (plumped)

Mix dry to wet greased and floured pan. Bake 350º F at 40 min cool. Mix yogurt brown sugar vanilla and toasted walnuts spread on 1/2 cake
