5 medium sweet potatoes
4 un peeled bananas
2 sticks butter, softened
1/4 Cup honey
pinch salt
1/2 Cup flour
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Prick potatoes with a fork & place in roasting pan. Roast for 45 minutes. Add bananas to pan and roast an additional 15 minutes.

LEAVE OVEN ON, but remove roasting pan & let potatoes cool enough to handle.

When cool, scoop out potatoes into a bowl and add peeled bananas. Add honey & 1 stick butter.
Beat together adding salt. Spoon into 9 x 13 (or 3 lb) casserole dish and smooth the top.

Mix flour, pecans,brown sugar and remaining stick of butter with your fingers intil crumbly.
Spread on the top of casserole and bake for 20 minutes.
