1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 12 oz. can almond cake and pastry filling
2 c. All purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

9" Tube Pan-well greased and floured. In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla and almond filling. Beat 3 min at med speed. Add dry ingredients and mix at lower speed until just blended. Add eggs one at a time. beat 1 min after each. Stir in nuts. Pour in pan. bake 350º F 60-65 min. Do not invert pan. Cook 1 hour and removed from pan
