Dough
1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp salad oil
1 tsp salt
2½ cups flour



Sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
¼ tsp. onion powder
⅛ tsp minced garlic
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. oregano

Toppings of choice, cheese, ground beef, pepperoni, red peppers, onion etc.

Preheat oven to 425º In a large bowl, dissolved yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (5 minutes) while preparing sauce. Mix sauce ingredients together - set aside. Divide dough in half. On lightly greased baking sheets, pat each half of the dough out on a separate sheet with floured fingers. Spread sauce on top of dough. Add your favorite cheese and toppings. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes or until crust and cheese is hot and bubbly. Makes 2 pizzas. ENJOY!
