1 1/2 cup All-Purposed Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.

Make the dough
Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and coconut sugar sifted in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl. Mix room temperature coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Mixing until everything is well incorporated.

Bake the cookies
Scoop out the cookies dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
Pop the cookies into the oven for 9 minutes. Let the cookies cool before eating.
