Ingredients:  
1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 c. tomato, chopped, with extra juices squeezed out
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sliced basil
2 c. cheddar and mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. hot sauce
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly salt chopped tomatoes. Let drain for 10 minutes. Layer pie shell with onions, tomatoes, then basil. Mix mayonnaise, grated cheese, hot sauce and pepper together. Spread cheese mixture on top of tomatoes. Bake 25-45 minutes at 350.
