4 cups flour
1 egg
1 3/4 cups warm water
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, egg and salt. Add 3 cups flour, mix well. Knead in 4th cup of flour until dough is smooth and elastic. Brush dough with oil and set aside to rest for 15 minutes. Roll dough out thin on lightly floured surface, cut into squares. Fill with desired filling, pinch closed in triangle shape.. Layer on baking sheets to freeze.

This dough does not like to be re rolled multiple times, it will get tough.
