1 large head of broccoli
1/4 cup of butter
2/3 cup chopped onion
4 tbsp flour
2 cups of chicken broth
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into florets and steam in a small amount of water for 2 mins.
In a large saucepan, melt butter, add onion, and cook until soft. Blend in flour. Add chicken broth and liquid leftover from cooking broccoli. Cook stirring constantly until it boils. Add more water if required. Heat to boiling, add milk and cheese
