Crust:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup soft butter

Second Layer:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temperature)

Third Layer:

2 small boxes (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

Fourth Layer:

2 cups or more cool whip
3/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Mix layer two ingredients an spread on cooled crust. (put on gently as crust will tear easily)

Mix layer three for 2 minutes. Spread on cream cheese layer.

Cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

***You may use lemon or banana pudding.
