1/4 c. sugar
1 T. sugar (keep separate from cup)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 T. vanilla
14 oz. frozen blackberries (unthawed)
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Coat baking dish (8x8 in.) with cooking spray.

Stir together 1/4 c. of the sugar, flour, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Gently stir in bleackberries until sugar mixture is crumbly. Spoon fruit mixture into baking dish.

Cut piecrust into 1 in. strips and arrange in a lattice design over blackberry mixture. Sprinkle top with 1 T. of sugar.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden and center is bubbly.
