"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Package Whole Chicken Wings
1/2 tsp. Sriracha Sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Honey
Season All, Salt, and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the wings at the joints and remove the tips. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Season uncooked wings with Season All, Salt, and Pepper. Bake the wings for 30 minutes.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 tbsp. of honey and 3 tbsp. of butter, cover and microwave for 30-45 seconds to melt the butter and honey together. Add the Sriracha, Worcestershire, Texas Pete, and Soy Sauces to the mixture and stir. *This is for a milder wing, feel free to add more Texas Pete for a hotter sauce mixture.

Take the cooked wings out of the oven and place them in a large bowl along with the drippings from the pan. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp. of honey over the wings. Toss the honey and wings in the bowl and then stir in the sauce mixture. Let marinate 10- 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

They can be finished off in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, brushing them with the remaining sauce every 5 minutes. You can also cook them on the grill.
