2 packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups homogenized milk
1 8 ounce container of cool whip
1 box graham crackers

1 cup granulated sugar new and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons butter
cup homogenized milk
a dash of salt
1 cup confectioners' sugar

Mix pudding well with milk allowed to thicken for about one minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan with about a a cup pudding. Put second layer of graham crackers. Use the rest of the pudding and layer of graham crackers.

To make Frosting heat up ingredients until it boils. Then cook for one minute. Cool and pour over the top of dessert. Chill for one hour and serve.
