4 cups flour, divided
2 T. garlic powder
1 T. paprika
3 tsp. pepper, divided
2½ tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
1½ cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag mix 2⅔ cups flour, garlic powder, paprika, 2½ teaspoons pepper and poultry seasoning. In a small bowl, beat eggs and water. Add salt, the remaining flour and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in bag and shake until coated. Heat oil to 375º and fry chicken until cooked thoroughly. and
