2 12 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Apples, sliced and peeled
sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the flour, salt and margarine. In a measuring cup, put one egg yolk, and enough milk to make 3/4 of a cup. Add to flour mixture. Divide dough in half and roll out to fit a greased cookie sheet . Transfer dough to cookie sheet, sprinkle it with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, then add sliced apples and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add remaining rolled out dough on top. Make small slits on top dough. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes. Dribble with icing while still warm. Delicious!

Icing: 11/2 cups of icing sugar and one egg white mixed together
