Whole Salmon
2 Lemons
1 Onion
1 Medium Ginger Root
Salt
Pepper
1 c. Water
1 c. Soy Sauce
2 c. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Salmon in the belly to form a pocket.
Stuff the Salmon with Thinly sliced Onion, Lemon and ½ of a Medium Ginger Root and season with Salt and Pepper.
In a sauce pan combine:
Water, Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar.
Pulverize the other half of Ginger Root and ½ Lemon add to sauce.
Bring to a boil, add Constarch to thicken.
Pour mixture over the Salmon, there should be ½ - ¾ inch settle in the bottom of the pan.
Cover with foil and bake in 350º F. oven.
Cook 2 hours (Do not be afraid to over cook)
Meat should be flaky.
