4 boneless chicken breasts
1 24 ounce can mild enchilada sauce
½ cup sour cream
2 4 ounce cans chopped green chilies
⅓ cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
flour tortillas
one large bag of shredded cheese (I use is the Mexican mix cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Shred with fork. In a bowl and mix sour cream, chilies, onions, salt and pepper and half cheese.. Pour half the enchilada sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Line the plan with flour tortillas. Pour chicken mixture over the top add the remainder of the enchilada sauce. And top with the remaining cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
