Ingredients:
Ingredients:
FOR THE CAKE
1 Box Chocolate cake mix
1 Box Fudge Brownie mix
4 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups Water
1 Cup Vegetable Oil

FOR THE GANACHE
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Bag Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350º

Prepare a Bundt pan with bakers spray or use the butter/flour method.

Sift Cake and Brownie mix into a bowl. Add Eggs, Water and Oil. Whisk or use a hand mixer and beat for 2 minutes until all ingredients are combined

Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. When done baking, remove cake from oven and allow to cool in pan for up to 5 minutes. Carefully turn cake out onto cooling rack and let cool for 30 minutes more.

GANACHE
Place heavy cream in a large microwave safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes. You want the cream to be just boiling,

Carefully pour chocolate morsels into heated cream, it might rise up and bubble, and that is OK.

Let sit 5 minutes. Whisk chocolate and cream until shiny and smooth, about 1 minute.

Pour over cooled cake and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Personalize for Holidays by adding colored sprinkles (while Ganache is still "wet"). For example make a coconut base to resemble snow and use white sprinkles for Christmas. Green Decorations for St. Pats day, Red for Valentines Day etc...

Can also cut cake in half (toothpick and dental floss method) and add a layer of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with Chocolate Shavings (morsels ground up in food processor).

You will have left over Ganache, Think of other things you might want to dip, like Strawberries.
