Dissolve 1 pkg. dry yeast in a cup with ¼ cup of water and ⅓ cup sugar
Put in large greased bowl: 1 tsp. salt and 2 eggs beaten, ¼ cup melted butter and 1 cup lukewarm milk.
Add yeast, when it has risen work in 4 - 4½ cups flour. When smooth make into a ball, cover with saran wrap and let rise. Punch down and knead. Let rise again and then make into buns. Let buns rise, and then bake at 350 about 20 minutes until golden brown. She also made finger rolls with this dough.
