2 eggs
2 bananas, crushed
1/2 c nuts
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar

cream shortening and sugar, add eggs 1 ar a time and beat well. Add crushed bananas and nuts, Add flour with soda, salt and cream of tartar (all sifted together(, Flour into greased loaf pan, Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, Making 1 1/2 batches then dividing it into 2 loaves works best
