6 cups chicken chopped
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (you can use yellow mustard)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups celery
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 cups grapes sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Pecans

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together. Chill and when ready to serve add pecans to your liking. Great on whole grain crackers!
