12 slices white bread
6 slices American cheese
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Trim 6 slices of bread and put in the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put a slice of
American cheese on each slice of bread. Mix green pepper, onion, ham, mayonnaise and spread
half the mixture on top of bread. Repeat the above by layering the other 6 slices of bread, cheese
and mixture.
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over all and cover with the cup of cheddar cheese.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
