Pie Filling:
6 c. fresh peaches, boiled for one minute then sliced
⅔ - 1 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water

Dough:
2 c. flour
2 Tbs. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbs. shortening
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch and water. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl mix together all of the dough ingredients, stirring until combined.
3. Drop dough mixture by the spoonful over the fruit.
4. Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes.
