8 frozen hash brown patties
3 or 4 cups Mexican blend cheese
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
7 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash brown patties in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together and pour over sausage.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes longer.

** Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
