2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
⅔ c. shortening
5-7 Tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour and salt together.
2. Cut shortening into dry ingredients using a pastry blender.
3. Sprinkle 1 Tbs. ice water over the mixture. Repeat with more water until all is blended and moistened.
4. Form dough into a ball and roll into two crusts.
