Best Rice Krispie Bars Recipe

1 pkg (17 1/2 oz) peanut butter cookie mix
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 egg

3 cups miniature marshmallows

1 pkg (10 oz) peanut butter chips
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, softened

2 cups rice krispies
2 cups salted peanuts
2 tsp vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix well and press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with miniature marshmallows and bake 1 or 2 minutes.

While cookie base is in oven: In large saucepan mix: peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter.
Cook and stir until smooth.
Stir in rice krispies, peanuts and vanilla

Spread this mixture over the marshmallows. Cool completely.
