18 1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
2 cups quick cooking oats, uncooked
3/4 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1 cup choc chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
12 oz. jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oats, oil and eggs. Spread half of mixture into a greased 13"x 9" pan. Drizzle with caramel topping, sprinkle with choc chips and nuts. Crumble remaining cake mixture over the top.
Bake in preheated 350º oven for 28-30 minutes. Cut into squares.
