2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick cold, unsalted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Using the large holes on a hand grater, grate butter into dry ingredients and toss to combine. Pour in buttermilk and stir with rubber spatula just until dough comes together. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently five to six times. With floured rolling pin, roll dough into 8 x 4 rectangle. Cut into eight 2 inch squares. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
