2 c. sour cream
1 c. cream corn
1 can corn with juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes in a dish sprayed with Pam. Use a large casserole dish with a lid and know it'll expand as it cooks. It usually takes the full 60 minutes, especially if it's in an oven with other dishes. Bake until it's pretty firm. Take the lid off the last few mintues to brown the top if necessary.

You can't have Thanksgiving without corn casserole! And Uncles Bill and Mike just LOVE to wash and dry the dish this cooks in. I know they have many fond memories of all the time they've spent trying to clean my dish, lol!
