1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon water; cold
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
7 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons scallions; thinly sliced (greens and whites)
2 teaspoons garlic; minced
2 teaspoons fresh Italian parsley; minced
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh dill; minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano; minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper; freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon fresh basil; minced
1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme; chopped

Salad
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup julienned fresh basil
1 cup jicama, cut into thin strips
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Tortilla strips

Chicken Marinade
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 (5-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup sweet and smoky barbecue sauce
4 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
