1/4 cup butter
2 TBSP Onion, minced
20 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of Cayenne
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion in the butter until lightly browned.

Squeeze the spinach very well to remove any liquid.

Mix all of the ingredients except the cream into a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Pour the cream over the top and lightly mix in.

Heat, uncovered, in microwave on 50% power 10-15 minutes until hot.
