1/4 Cup butter
8 oz Brie Wedge or Round
2 T. Honey
3/4 - 1 Cup chopped Walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Granny Smith Apples, sliced
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mel the butter in a skillet. Add the walnuts, cinnamon, and honey.

Cook it, stirring constantly, until it is bubbling. Pour it immediately over the cheese, which has been placed on a serving platter.

Serve it hot with the apple slices and crackers.

TIP: Microwave the cheese topped with the nut mixture on a HIGH setting for 1 minute or until the Brie begins to melt.
