2 ½ cups potato flakes
¾ cups powdered milk
1 ¼cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 ½ cups oil
4 ½ cups hot tap water
3 pkgs. yeast
8 cups Flour
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In big bowl add potato flakes, milk, sugar, salt and oil. Mix well. Then mix yeast with a small amount of the water and dissolve. Mix beaten eggs and yeast mixture and 3 cups of flour. Beat in mixer for 5 minutes. Then let sponge rise until bubbly. Add 8+ cups flour mix well and knead and add flour until not sticky. Then rise until doubled. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
