2 cups milk
2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons sugar
3 packages yeast
2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons melted shortening
12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk (heat until a light skin forms on top) and add sugar, salt and oil. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to cooled milk. Add flour let rise until doubled. Make into bread or rolls and let rise until doubled again. Bake at 350° until browned.
