Ham Loaf Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Ham
1 Pound Ground Pork
1 Cup Cracker crumbs ( Just crush some butter crackers in a zip lock bag)
1 Cup Hot Milk
1 Egg

Basting Liquid:
Water
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard ( You could also substitute prepared Brown or Honey Mustard if you like)
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the loaf ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Form a single ham loaf or smaller individual loaves. They can be placed on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or placed in a loaf pan for baking.

Blend the basting sauce using a half and half mixture of water and cider vinegar, the brown sugar and mustard. The sauce should be sufficiently thick to adhere to the loaves. It is a little easier to use a loaf pan to ensure the liquid stays contained in the pan.

Bake it, uncovered, at 350 degrees until it is browned.
