4 cups sugar
¾ cup water
1 cup corn syrup
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water and corn syrup in sauce pan until it reaches 252°. Beat egg whites into a stiff peak. Pour mixture slowly over beaten egg whites while using the mixer to blend. Add vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Drop by spoonful on waxed paper and let cool.
