1 Small Head of Lettuce, chopped
1 Small Head of Cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 Medium Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Pound of Bacon, cooked and chopped or 1 jar of bacon bits
1 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the lettuce, cauliflower, onion, and bacon in that order.

Spread the top with the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the top with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese combined with 1/4 Cup of sugar.

Let the salad sit, refrigerated, for at least 4 hours. Mix it prior to serving.
